COURSE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By enrolling in any online or in-person training offered by Angelic Beauty Co, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding upon purchase of a course or payment of a deposit.
SECTION 1: ENROLMENT & PAYMENT POLICY
All course enrolments are confirmed upon receipt of payment. If a deposit is paid to secure your spot, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 72 hours before the course commencement date. Failure to finalise payment within this timeframe may result in forfeiting your place in the course, and your deposit will not be refunded or transferred.
SECTION 2: REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our training services, all course purchases are strictly non-refundable. This includes both in-person and online courses.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstance, including change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal situations. Our courses contain proprietary resources and intellectual property, and access to these materials—whether partial or complete—constitutes delivery of value.
If you are unable to attend an in-person course, we may, at our discretion, offer a transfer to another date or allow your payment to be credited toward an online course. This must be arranged in advance and is not guaranteed.
SECTION 3: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course content, videos, manuals, templates, and teaching materials remain the intellectual property of Angelic Beauty Co and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
SECTION 4: GENERAL CONDITIONS 
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES 
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice and may vary between different products. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. No amount can be refunded should you purchase a product at "standard price" and the same product goes on sale.
