What You Will Learn

Student Policies
- Once the deposit payment is made, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
- Should there be a need to change the training dates, you must inform Trainer, Gemma White within 72 hours and make a new deposit.
- There will be no refunds or partial refunds under any circumstances.
- Please note, I am unable to supply any electronics within your Brow Kit, therefore you will be required to purchase your own wax pot at your discretion. However, you will have access to use our wax pot on the day of your 1:1 Training Course and are not required to bring in a wax pot with you on the day.
Training Schedule
Once you sign up for this course you will receive instant access to our Online Brow Academy containing all theory aspects + demo videos to prepare you for our in person training day.
The online academy is your pre-course content and must be completed before your in-person training as there will be a theory exam upon arrival and may risk possible failure of completing your course.
Our Masterclass will commence at 8:00am- 1:30pm on a Saturday.
You will receive a hard copy manual on the day.
You will be required to arrange a model for the following times and treatments:
8:30am - Brow Dye and Wax
9:45am - Brow Lamination, Dye & Wax
11:30am - Brow Lamination, Dye & Wax
Model Requirements
- Each student will work on 3 different models during the masterclass.
- Models must not have undergone brow lamination within the past 8 weeks or any other brow treatment within the past 4 weeks.
- It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that the model is not using any medication or products that could be a contraindication on the day of the masterclass.
- All models are required to arrive 5 minutes early to prevent any schedule delays.
- If a model is more than 15 minutes late, the student will not be qualified as there will be insufficient time to complete all components and have to repeat a model which will incur a fee. Additionally, if a model has a contraindication and cannot undergo the treatment, the student may also not be qualified.

At the end of the training day, I’ll personally film and edit a professional reel for you, showcasing the work you’ve created.
You’ll also get all the raw footage from the day, so you’ve got endless content to post, re‑edit and reuse.
This means you can leave the course with polished content ready to share - and more than enough behind‑the‑scenes clips to keep your Instagram thriving.

Frequently asked questions
I’ve never done brows before—can I still take this course?
Yes! This course is made for complete beginners. We’ll guide you step by step through everything from brow shaping and mapping to tinting, waxing, and (if included) lamination.
Will I be learning theory or hands-on work too?
Both! You get access to our Online Acadamy as soon as you enrol, this will be your pre course content and you will need to complete this prior to your training day. On the training day, we will be focusing mainly on practical.
Will I receive a kit?
There is an optional add on kit for $750 which you will receive on your training day. If you decide not to, you can purchase your own kit with our exclusive discount codes to our suppliers. There will be a product list in your Online Academy.
Where is the class held?
Classes take place at my home salon in Frankston South, Melbourne. Full address and parking info will be sent after registration.
How long is the course and what are the hours?
It’s a 1 day in-person training. Class typically runs from 8am to 1:30pm.
How many people will be in the class?
Our brow courses are 1:1.
What should I wear or bring to class?
Please wear comfortable, professional clothing & a drink bottle.
Will lunch or snacks be provided?
We provide light snacks. It will be finished before lunch time.
Do I need to bring my own model?
Yes, you will need to arrange 3—we’ll provide time slots and model guidelines ahead of time. If you can’t bring one, let us know in advance and we’ll try to arrange one for you.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes! You’ll get a printed certificate of completion at the end of the course.
